Live in a 2-4 unit building? Meet our Landlord/Tenant Coordinator!

The most effective way to weatherize a home is to take a “whole-building approach.” If you live in a 3 unit building, for instance, it may not benefit you to insulate only the 2nd floor apartment where you live. You’re likely to see a lot more savings when units 1 & 3 insulate as well!

But coordinating between several different parties in one building can be difficult. For instance, some units qualify for the Mass Save rebates, while others qualify for weatherization assistance through ABCD (Fuel Assistance) instead. But collaboration and coordination is possible to help each building get the maximum benefits from weatherization. That’s where the Landlord/Tenant Coordinator steps in.
