Winter is Coming!

Take control of your heating costs!
September 30 deadline for big incentives to upgrade your heating!
You could shave hundreds of dollars off your heating costs every year by upgrading your heating system. Advances in heating technology mean that it can be cost-effective to replace even a relatively young furnace. Act before September 30 and you may be eligible for a significant rebate from Mass Save when you replace your older, working furnace or boiler with a high-efficiency model.
• Rebates up to $4,000 for new high-efficiency heating, depending on age and type of system.
• Grants up $3,000 to remove asbestos insulation so you can upgrade to high-efficiency heating.
• Grants up to $2,000 for modernizing old wiring so you can insulate.
• No-interest loans up to $50,000 for landlords and owners of one- to four-family homes.
Come to a workshop, call 617-635-SAVE (7283) or go to www.renewboston.org/heating/ to request a no-cost home energy assessment or heating system site visit. This is a first-come, first-served initiative that ends on September 30, 2014. Act now before funds run out!
