Summer’s the best time to upgrade your heating and cooling systems.
An efficient heating system is easiest to shop for during the warm months when you have time to consider all your options. Without the pressure of keeping the pipes from freezing, you can relax a little and plan to get at least two quotes for system upgrades.
If you need recommendations for qualified heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians, Mass Save now has a list of companies that have successfully completed an equipment testing procedure called Airflow and Charge Check (AC Check). If you don’t already have an HVAC company you prefer, go to Mass Save’s “Quick Tools” page and scroll down to the HVAC Contractors - AC Check heading.
