Tenants as well as homeowners and landlords of buildings with fewer than 5 units can shrink their energy and water expenses by requesting a Home Energy Assessment. During the assessment a Home Energy Adviser will be able to install energy saving light bulbs, programmable thermostats, low-flow shower heads and advanced power strips, if you need them. At the end of the assessment your Energy Adviser will give you a customized home energy report and a recommended plan of action to help you lower your energy bills. The report will cover all the energy efficiency incentives available to you. All of this comes at no cost to you.
