How can I lower my energy bills if I don’t meet these eligibility guidelines?

Generous incentives are also available for Bostonians who do not meet these eligibility criteria above. Homeowners and landlords serving residents who fall below the Renew Boston Residential program guidelines should contact Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) at 617-357-6012 to learn more about no-cost efficiency upgrades.

Bostonians who fall above the program income guidelines may still be eligible for MassSAVE®, a utility-sponsored efficiency program that advises residents on ways to reduce their energy bills and provides up to 75% of the costs of many home energy improvements.

Regardless of your income, the first step is to call Renew Boston at 617-635-SAVE (617-635-7283). Our professional energy representatives will be happy to help you get the best deal for home energy improvements.
