Renew Boston wants to help you make your home as comfortable and affordable as possible. The first step is to sign up for a no-cost, no-obligation Home Energy Assessment.

Renters and property owners who live in or own buildings in Boston with fewer than 5 apartments can sign up today for a Home Energy Assessment. The Assessment includes no-cost water saving devices and high-efficiency light bulbs, and is the first step to becoming qualified for incentives for insulation, air sealing, and other energy efficiency improvements.

Condo owners in buildings with fewer than 5 units are eligible, as are landlords with buildings of fewer than 5 units. Residents and owners of buildings with greater than 4 units should call 800-594-7277 for Mass Save services.
